Refreshing, and it wears well

If youre a writer or an editor and spend a lot of time in front of a screen, iRest gives your eyes a quick stretch every so often, without really interfering with your work. I tried the freeware and quickly upgraded to the business version, which Ive set to load on startup.

A number of eye conditions are related to heavy computer use. With iRest, I feel Ive taken a small step to mitigate some of this. I can feel a difference, and the application is wearing well -- I like it and can live with it.
